David Beckham son Romeo wept when he gave up on becoming a professional footballer.
His mum Victoria, who told of her sons traumatic decision, said Becks prowess on the pitch made it too daunting for Romeo to follow him.

It now looks like Becks boys, Romeo, 16years, Brooklyn, 20years and Cruz, 14years, will all be choosing other careers in life.
Victoria, said. All her three children used to have contracts with Arsenal. Brooklyn was the first to say he did not want to play any more. And then Romeo decided he did not want to either. I remember Romeo sitting in the bath getting really upset saying, I don’t want to let Daddy down.

But Becks may have one off spring to carry his footballing flame seven year old daughter Harper. In May last year, David said on television station Harper, that his still playing football every Sunday and loves it.
The boys don’t play and it’s heartbreaking to him. They have a talent but it’s down to Harper now.
